Andy has a vast knowledge of the Engineering sector, with over 30 years experience in the international Aerospace industry. Andy assumes overall responsibility for Cuddon Limited, including Cuddon Freeze Dry.

Steve brings significant technical expertise and knowledge to Cuddon Freeze Dry, having spent 15 years with the company. Steve managed the Freeze Drying department for a number of years, and now has overall responsibility for the Business Development division at Cuddon Limited, including Sales and Marketing.

John has over 40 years experience in the manufacture of freeze drying machinery, and is actively involved during the sales process. John's commitment to innovation was the driving force behind the development of the continuous belt freeze dryer.

Les operates at the nerve centre of Cuddon Limited, managing all aspects of the production cycle. Overseeing a staff of over 70 people, and with a stringent commitment to quality standards, Les thrives in this challenging and crucial role. Prior to joining the company, Les spent a number of years in the aeronautical engineering industry.

Robert has overall responsibility for workshop operations throughout the production process, and brings over 20 years experience in the manufacture and operation of freeze drying machinery.

Robyn's contribution to Cuddon Freeze Dry spans 14 years, with responsibility for developing Marketing material and programs, co-coordinating attendance at tradeshows around the world, and liaising with customers during the sales process.
